Since 2017, Govt. Associate College (W) Basti Malook, Multan has focused on delivering a comprehensive education in economics through its Department of Economics. Its faculty consists of highly qualified scholars blending theory and practical application. Students receive instruction in macroeconomics, microeconomics and in other major economic concepts. The college fosters a dynamic learning environment for its students at intermediate level and ADP courses. With its commitment to excellence, the college prepares students to contribute meaningfully to the global economy.

Objectives:
To deliver a comprehensive and up-to-date curriculum that covers core economic principles, microeconomics, macroeconomics, and specialized topics such as labor economics and international economics.
To foster critical thinking skills and analytical reasoning through class discussions and problem-solving exercises.
To Organize seminars and workshop aimed at exposing students to diverse perspectives and emerging trends in economics.
